So, let's start our journey through the world of tea with general data:

1. Tea is a drink obtained by brewing and infusing a tea bush (camellia sinensis plant - Chinese camellia). Chamomile, mint, tulasi, rooibos, etc. - this is not tea.

2. White, green, black, yellow, oolong, pu-erh are all the same tea bush, just the processing of its leaves is different.

3. Tea contains L-theanine, an amino acid that stimulates brain activity. The combination of L-theanine and caffeine creates a feeling of complete clarity of consciousness.

As mentioned above, the amino acid L-theanine in combination with caffeine acts on the brain in a magical way, removing drowsiness and creating a feeling of clarity. The difference between coffee and tea is that the effect of coffee comes immediately, but also goes away after a few hours. As for tea, you will not immediately feel cheerful, but this sensation will last much longer. Therefore, you should not think that a cup of tea at night looking will not interfere with you. Let's just say you're more likely to fall asleep after a cup of coffee.

Japanese and British scientists have deduced a certain relationship between the amount of amino acid consumed and the activity of the alpha waves of the human brain. They found that 50 mg of L-theanine increased alpha brain wave activity with a maximum effect that lasted about 80 minutes after ingestion. This amount is equivalent to three cups of tea.

L-theanine is responsible for a relaxed-but-watchful state and is responsible for increasing selective mindfulness, which allows you to concentrate on important details without being distracted by other stimuli.

The formula for the tea flower is also derived:

Also, you should be aware that some teas can be brewed more than once, each time pouring boiling water (this is especially true for green teas). When brewing, a stream of hot water must flow through the tea. It is best to brew it in a teapot and pour it into cups through a strainer when serving.

Depending on the type of tea, there are two important factors that you should pay attention to: the temperature of the water and the brewing period.

And most importantly - before buying tea, carefully read the packaging and buy only from trusted manufacturers. Otherwise, you risk getting a low-quality drink, in which only one name remains from the tea!
