Top three
- Raising the right knee to the arms - 30 seconds.
- Push-ups with alternate leg raises - 45 seconds.
- Push-up static - 30 seconds.
The second three
- Raising the left knee to the arms - 30 seconds.
- Caterpillar + Deep Squat - 45 seconds.
- Deep Squat Static - 30 seconds.
Third triple
- Raising the right knee to the arms - 30 seconds.
- Push-ups with alternating knees to the shoulders - 45 seconds.
- Static push-ups - 30 seconds.
Fourth three
- Raising the left knee to the arms - 30 seconds.
- Deep plank squat - 45 seconds.
- Deep Squat Static - 30 seconds.
Four threes together - one workout. If you still have strength after the first approach, you can try two or three more.
