Robotic pet with anti-stress effect.
The well-known craving of the Japanese for gadgets and robots sometimes leads to the appearance of very unusual devices. The fluffy anti-stress robot cat Qoobo is a prime example of this.
The electronic analogue of a pet replaces it only in terms of its therapeutic effect, therefore it is a soft and pleasant to the touch pillow with a tail. If you pick her up and stroke her, she will react just like a real cat: she will start wagging her tail.
To maximize the effect of "tail therapy" and make the movements of the robot realistic, the creators of Qoobo studied the behavior of pets and how they respond to contact with the owner. The pillow begins to wag its tail invitingly, if it is left alone for a long time, and after being picked up, the movements become smoother and more calm.
Such a gadget will be useful to everyone who suffers from allergies or for some other reason cannot get a pet. Qoobo does not need to be walked, fed or worried about where to put it on while on vacation. All the robot needs is to recharge once a day using a USB cable.
Qoobo can be ordered on Kickstarter for $ 89. The pillow robot is available in two colors: gray and red. The first copies will start shipping in September next year.
