The web client of the popular Kanban-style task manager.
Todoist and Trello have gained popularity as services that dramatically improve productivity. The first is a traditional task manager with a simple interface. The second is a project management application with user-friendly whiteboards and cards. Trelloist brings the benefits of Trello to Todoist.
To start using Trelloist, just click on the green Get Started button and insert the Todoist API token into the field that appears. You can find it in the task manager settings, at the very bottom of the "Integrations" section.
You will see a blank workspace with an Add a list field. Use it to add whiteboards with to-do categories, for example, To Do and Done. To add a task to a particular category, click Add item.
Tasks and boards are synchronized between services in both directions. The former are displayed in the task manager in the inbox, the latter appear as labels with an @ sign. Trelloist updates either automatically every minute or manually.
Trelloist also has filtering boards and tasks by project, date, and other parameters. The Backlog button allows you to view and transfer to the desired board the items that were in the "Inbox" in Todoist initially.
