Count how many repetitions of each exercise you succeed in doing. Your goal is to complete 80 reps in one round. Moreover, you can do each exercise 20 times or distribute them differently, depending on your strengths and weaknesses.

For example, if you only get 10 push-ups in 30 seconds, hurry up on the other elements - do 25 leg raises, 25 sit-ups, and 20 jump lunges. This will add up to the 80 reps you want.

If you don't know how to do push-ups yet, do the exercise from your knees. In sit-ups, touch the floor behind your head with your hands, and after lifting, touch your feet.
