The complex consists of six stages:
- Split and lunges.
- Back plank.
- Side step with touching the floor.
- Side plank with shoulder stretch.
- One-legged bend with a jump.
- Push-ups with arms extended forward.
Do the first step for 30 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and move on to the next. When you finish the last exercise on the list, rest for the prescribed 10 seconds and start over. In total, you need to complete four circles.
