- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil;
- 220 g flour;
- 300 g bread crumbs.
Preparation
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Finely chop hot peppers and garlic. Boil the breasts in water with garlic, salt and pepper for about 20-30 minutes. Place on a plate to cool. Then chop it with a knife or in a food processor.
Combine chicken with cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce and one egg. Form small balls. Line a baking tray with foil and brush with oil.

Preparation
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Chop the cilantro finely. Boil the corn until tender, about 7-10 minutes, and cool.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add 75 g flour (2 ½ tablespoon), stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Pour in the milk, stir again and simmer until the contents of the pan thicken. Stir constantly.
Remove from heat and pour mixture into a bowl. Cool slightly, add corn, cheese, cilantro and salt. Stir and wait until it cools completely.
