Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 150 ml vegetable or chicken broth;
- 100-150 g of cheddar;
- ground nutmeg - optional;
- ground chili - optional.
Preparation
Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add flour and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, in a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour in first warm milk, and then warm broth.
Place the pan on the stove again. Without stopping stirring the mass, bring it to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Pour in finely grated cheese, stir until it is completely dissolved and cook for a couple of minutes.
You can add a little nutmeg or ground chili to the sauce.
2. Creamy cheese sauce
Ingredients
- 200 ml of cream, 15–20% fat;
- 180 g of processed cheese in briquettes;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- ½ teaspoon of Italian Herbs;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 50 g of any hard cheese.
Preparation
Pour the cream into a small saucepan, add the sliced processed cheese and butter, and heat over low heat. Stir with a whisk until the pieces are completely dissolved.
Bring the mixture to a boil, add the Italian Herbs, pepper and finely grated cheese. While stirring, cook the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, until its consistency is completely smooth.
3. Spicy garlic cheese sauce
Ingredients
- 50 g of any hard cheese;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- a few sprigs of dill;
- ¼ chili peppers;
- 100 g soft cream cheese;
- 1 tablespoon sour cream.
Preparation
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the garlic, dill and chili. Puree all the ingredients with a blender.
4. Sour cream cheese sauce
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g of fatty sour cream;
- 50 g of any hard cheese;
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 60 ml of cream, 30% fat.
Preparation
Beat eggs and sour cream with a mixer until smooth. Add finely grated cheese and stir.
Melt butter in a skillet, add flour and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 seconds. Pour in the cream and try to make the mixture smooth. Then add the sour cream cheese mixture and, stirring, dissolve the cheese.
5. Cheese sauce with avocado and mint
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- a few sprigs of mint;
- ½ lime or lemon;
- salt to taste;
- 150 g of soft cream cheese.
Preparation
Whisk the avocado pulp, mint leaves, lime or lemon juice and salt with a blender. Then add the cheese and beat the sauce again until smooth.
6. Creamy sauce with three types of cheese
Ingredients
- 200 ml of cream with a fat content of 30%;
- 100 g gorgonzola;
- 100 g feta cheese;
- 100 g parmesan;
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat slightly over medium heat. Add small pieces of gorgonzola and spread them evenly in the liquid. Then add the crumbled cheese and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in finely grated Parmesan and cook until dissolved. Season with oregano and pepper and cook for a few more minutes.

7. Creamy cheese sauce with onions
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 100 g dorblu;
- 200 ml cream, 20% fat;
- a few sprigs of dill.
Preparation
Chop the onion into small cubes and chop the garlic. Heat both types of oil in a skillet and fry the vegetables until translucent.
