Both adults and children can make these cards.
1. Carved postcard
What do you need
- ;
- thin colored paper;
- scissors;
- thick colored paper;
- pencil;
- glue;
- felt-tip pen;
- ruler.
How to do
Print the template on thin colored paper and cut out a rectangle. Circle it on a thick colored sheet and cut it out too.
Go back to thin paper. Cut the template along all solid lines to make a drawing.
Fold thick paper in half and glue the prepared part to it. The ship will be on top, and a contrasting base will be visible through the sea and the anchor.
Print a small greeting lettering on colored paper, cut it out and glue it on the card. Circle the letters with a felt-tip pen. Draw dashed lines along the contour of the glued element and the card itself, imitating the stitches. Sign the composition from the inside.
2. A folding card with a star
What do you need
- scissors;
- white thick paper;
- ruler;
- pencil;
- red, yellow, white and blue paper;
- glue;
- stationery knife;
- pen or felt-tip pen.
How to do
Cut a 17 x 15 cm piece out of thick paper. Step 8, 5 cm from the narrow side and draw a vertical line. Draw another line 2 cm from this one.
Cut a square with sides of 11 cm out of red paper. Make a star out of it, as shown in the video. Glue this element to the cardboard so that the top and bottom corners line up exactly on the second drawn line.
Using a utility knife, make cuts along the contours of the star on the right side. On the left, work out the outlines only up to the first drawn line. With pressure, draw something thin, but not very sharp along the two marked lines, and then fold the paper. Write congratulations on the back of the star.
Cut a 7 cm square out of yellow paper and make the same star as from red paper. Bend it along the marked lines to make it three-dimensional, and glue it to the red star.
Cut two thin strips of red, blue, and white paper. Glue them diagonally to white paper so that you get Russian flags. Fasten ready-made flags with clearly defined contours in the lower and upper corners of the postcard.
Cut a small thick strip out of white paper, process the corners so that you get a ribbon, and bend it. Write congratulatory words on it and stick it on the card.
3. Postcard for superman
What do you need
- ;
- white, red and yellow paper;
- scissors;
- stationery knife;
- pencil;
- glue;
- white thick paper.
How to do
Print the template on white paper and cut out a large part. For interior areas, it is best to use a clerical knife. Circle the shape completely on red paper, and only outline on yellow paper. Cut along the lines you have drawn.
Glue the red piece onto the yellow piece. Place the blank on the bottom of the heavy paper with the sharp end close to the edge. Fold the paper along the top line you sketched and cut along the bottom.
Glue the colored shape onto the white one. Sign the postcard from the inside.
4. Postcard with a developing pattern
What do you need
- scissors;
- paper of two different colors;
- ruler;
- pencil;
- glue;
- dense film;
- black permanent marker;
- colored markers or felt-tip pens.
How to do
Cut a 19 x 14.5 cm rectangle out of colored paper. Measure 1 cm from one narrow side and fold the sheet along this line. Then fold it in half across. From the inside on the side of the sheet where there is no fold, draw a smaller rectangle. Carefully cut out the resulting window.
Fold the card and circle it on a different color of paper. Add 0.5 cm on two long sides and cut out. Bend the part along the marked lines. Grease the narrow strips with glue and attach to the inside of the postcard. You do not need to glue the bottom of the sheet. Then you will have a paper pocket.
Then glue the card together so that the holes are on the two narrow sides. Cut a 15.5 x 8.8 cm rectangle from the second color paper, and 8.8 x 2 cm from the first color paper. Trace the larger shape on the film with a permanent marker and cut out.
Fold the small piece in half lengthwise. Glue the piece to the fold to the narrow side of the rectangle, place the film on top, and then attach the second piece of the small piece. Details are shown in the video.
Draw a tank, an airplane or something else themed under the film with a pencil. You can write a congratulation, but the letters should be large. Color in the drawing or letters. Cover the image with plastic and trace around with a permanent marker.
Insert the printed sheet into the pocket of the card, and the film into the paper window. Outside, only the outline of the picture will be visible. But if you pull on a part, a colored pattern appears. You can leave the postcard as it is or sign it in the window.
5. Postcard suit
What do you need
- scissors;
- blue, white and red paper;
- ruler;
- pencil;
- patterned paper;
- glue;
- 3 buttons.
How to do
Cut a 31 x 18 cm rectangle out of blue paper. On two narrow sides, draw lines 8 cm from the edges of the sheet. Fold the paper along the marked lines. You will have a jacket.
Cut a 34 x 14 cm rectangle out of white paper and fold it across in half. This will be the shirt for the suit. Insert it into the jacket with the fold down and glue the patterned paper on top.
For a collar, cut a piece of 11 × 5 cm out of white paper. Draw a line on the long side, stepping back from the edge of 1 cm, and bend the piece to it. Cut off the top as shown in the video. Glue the rest of the collar to the top of the shirt, and attach it to the jacket itself. The shirt sheet should open down. All the details are in the video.
Close the jacket and make lapels by folding the paper diagonally at the top. Point the ends of the white strip towards each other and form a collar. Cut a square out of red paper and make a tie, as shown in the video. Stick it on your shirt.
From above, scissors a little over the ends of the shirt so that they become semicircular. Cut two small, long rectangles out of blue paper. Twist them slightly and glue them to the bottom of the jacket on both sides. These are pockets. Attach the buttons and a small red paper handkerchief. Sign the postcard on the inside of the shirt.
The design allows variations. For example, you can add a vest and a bow tie:
Or make a pull-out shirt instead of an opening one:
6. Postcard with a flying helicopter
What do you need
- blue thick paper;
- pencil;
- ruler;
- scissors;
- stationery knife;
- glue;
- White paper;
- felt-tip pens;
- foamed double-sided tape.
How to do
Mark the thick paper on all sides at a distance of 1.5 cm from the edges and draw lines through them. Fold the sheets in half across. Draw scissors along the lines on one side. On the other hand, cut out the drawn squares in the corners of the sheet and bend the resulting strips inward.
Open the future postcard and on the side of the paper where there are no folds, put marks at a distance of 5 cm and 8 cm from the fold to the left and right. At this height, mark a distance of 2 cm from the edges of the paper. Connect the dots with lines and cut out the window.
Close the postcard. To the right of the window, put the markings at the same height on the folded strip. Separate the marked piece with scissors. Cut out a 19 x 3 cm strip and get rid of the corners on one side. Attach the element horizontally to the strip you received from the window.
Glue white paper to the inside of the card. Insert the connected strips inward as shown in the video. Glue the bottom and top of the card together. The strips should extend and reveal the white paper. Write congratulations on it.
Cut out the clouds and the helicopter from white paper and color them. Use foam tape to glue the helicopter to the retractable strip and the clouds to the card.

What do you need
- ;
- thick white paper;
- stationery knife;
- pencil;
- colored paper;
- scissors;
- glue.
How to do

Unfold the card and circle it on a colored sheet. Cut and glue along the outline with white paper. The ship itself does not need to be attached so that it remains voluminous.
The card can be signed from the outside or from the inside next to the ship.

Glue the folded pieces together to create a large accordion. Cut out a small strip and a rectangle from the second color paper. Glue the strip in the center of the accordion and spread the edges apart.
Attach the resulting butterfly to the card with a glue gun. At the bottom, place a colored rectangle, and on it - a smaller rectangle made of white paper. On this element, as well as inside the postcard, write congratulations.
