1. Do only what you love to do

- eagerly anticipated;
- making you feel like life is great;
- which you think are the best in the world;
- enjoyable in the very process of execution, and not because they are nearing completion;
- allowing you to believe that you are contributing to the fulfillment of your life purpose.
Determine what exactly you love to do, and try to turn your life into a series of moments spent on these things. These can be absolutely ordinary things. If you enjoy sitting and looking out the windows, watching people, or purring something under your breath, feel free to do it. You will notice how your mood gradually improves.
2. Love everything you do
Doing hateful and boring things with interest is not easy. But you can learn this art. To begin with, try to assess uninteresting cases in the broader context of your goals. For example, a student may consider a certain course as a necessary step towards graduating from a university and engaging in the business to which he has a soul.
Another way to brighten up uninteresting tasks is to accompany them with your favorite activities. For example, you can wash dishes or paint walls while listening to your favorite music. A boring report to write in nature, wrapped in a soft blanket.
You can play a game with activities you hate: try the hardest, most frustrating, and boring task first, then move on to the next less tedious task. It turns out that each subsequent task is a reward for completing the previous one.
3. Consciously perceive your feelings
Be conscious of what is happening to you. Write down your feelings and enjoy them, discuss them with your friends. Always ask yourself what you get from each activity. Don't just do anything.
4. Act naturally
Observe yourself. When do you feel happy? This probably happens every time you act naturally, without thinking. Even if this happened to you just once, do not forget this feeling. You can bring it into other situations as well. This will help you dispel the illusion that you cannot do anything and are not good for anything. The more natural spontaneous actions you have in your life, the happier you are.
