Ingredients

- low-fat milk.
Preparation

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved
- 2 cans of canned pink salmon;

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste;
- a pinch of cayenne pepper;
- chili sauce.
Preparation
Cut two avocados in half and remove the seeds. Combine pink salmon, chives, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Place ¼ of the mixture in the avocado pits. Drizzle with lemon juice, add chili sauce.
Apple crumble
Ingredients
For crumble
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal;
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- a pinch of salt.
For apple filling
- 1 medium or large apple;
- ½ tablespoon of butter;
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar;
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- a pinch of ground ginger, cloves, allspice - optional;
- whipped cream or ice cream.
Preparation
Combine all the crumble ingredients in a small bowl. Knead them with a fork until large and small crumbs form.
Place the diced apples and butter in a deep glass bowl. Place in the microwave for a minute to soften the apples. Remove the bowl and add sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and other spices. Stir.
Sprinkle the crumble crumbs evenly over the apple mixture. Microwave for 2 minutes until bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the dish. Serve immediately with whipped cream or ice cream.
Mug of spinach and cheddar quiche
Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- 1 egg;
- ⅓ glasses of milk;
- ⅓ glasses of grated cheddar;
- 1 slice of bacon
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Place fresh spinach in a mug and add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover with a towel and microwave for a minute. Remove from the microwave, pour the resulting water out of the mug. Dry the spinach.
If you are using frozen and toasted spinach, simply place it in a mug. Add egg, milk, cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Cover with a towel and microwave for another 3 minutes.

- 4 slices of toasted bread;
- 120 g ricotta or other curd cheese;
- 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
- ¼ cups of honey;
- 1 banana;
- 120 g pistachios.
Preparation
Send the ricotta and a teaspoon of vanilla paste to a blender. Whisk until smooth.
Combine honey and a teaspoon of vanilla paste in a bowl. Then spread the ricotta on the toast, add a few thin slices of banana and sprinkle with honey. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on the toast. Serve immediately.
French Toast Cinnamon Cubes
Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of toasted white bread
- 2 large or 3 small eggs;
- ¼ glasses of milk;
- ¼ glasses of white sugar;
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 3 tablespoons of butter;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation
Remove the crust from slices of bread. Divide each slice into 9 equal cubes. Then beat eggs, milk and salt in a medium bowl. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Melt ½ tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Be careful not to burn the oil.
Dip half the bread cubes in the egg mixture. Shake off the excess. Place the cubes in the skillet and, using a wooden spatula, sauté them for 2-3 minutes, until they are browned on all sides.
Roll the toasted cubes in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining cubes. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
