Adidas miCoach is the app that makes me go in for sports

To be honest, I am a terribly lazy and passive person, especially when it comes to playing sports. But somehow magically, the Adidas miCoach app that I want to present to you made me want to go in for sports, especially since there is an opportunity to use it in my daily morning exercises, when I go out a couple of stops from work to calmly walk before a working day. …

In order to start using the application, you need to register for free, which will take you literally a minute or two.

The application is proprietary, and therefore it is intended to be used with proprietary gadgets.

You can connect a heart rate monitor or a stride sensor to help you measure and track your workouts. They are reflected not only in the application itself (which goes without saying), but also uploaded to your personal account. A personal account on the site is a topic for a separate review, and therefore we are not talking about it now.

If you have not yet had time to purchase an MPP or a step sensor, then there is also a link to the online store. As the saying goes, all the amenities are there.

Do you have any of this? It doesn't matter, because the application can be used without additional devices - you and your phone will be enough! Well, the desire to play sports is implied by default.

Speaking of convenience, the Fan Zone section should also be mentioned. Here you can find workout tips (a pretty interesting and helpful blog) and workout-appropriate music. I think no one will argue that running or walking is more fun with music.

Not without the Adidas YouTube channel and store search.

Searching for stores, by the way, gave me a complete list of brand stores in my city, indicating the distance to them. So you can combine shopping and training.

Do what you like! Just select the required section of training. Running, cycling, walking (which makes me especially happy), skiing and more are presented. As for other things, for those who are just starting to work out, there are even animated images of exercises that clearly give an idea of what to do and how to do it. The virtual trainer gives you fairly complete tips on how to perform each specific exercise:

Whether you are walking, jogging or cycling, the app tracks your route, reports the distance traveled and the energy expended on it.

Voice notifications inform you about the beginning of each new kilometer, as well as the time spent on this distance.

Simply put, by turning on the application, you can no longer think about anything, but just run (walk / drive) and listen to music. The phone will take care of all measurements. Moreover, it will even reflect your route.

At the end of the workout, the program will give you all the data on the duration, distance, average pace and calories burned.

Detailed information, as well as constant synchronization with your personal account, allow you to plan your training so as to achieve the best results in the sport you prefer.

Summing up, I would like to once again note the convenience and simplicity of the Adidas miCoach application. It is designed to make your sports as effective as possible, no matter if you are a pro or a beginner.

Personally, I'm a beginner and the app makes me want to practice every day. And I'm sure that everything will work out for me.
