Ingredients

  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • 20 g butter;
  • 20 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • dill, parsley - to taste;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 1 egg;
  • 3 tablespoons flour;
  • 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

Prepare the filling first. To do this, mix soft butter with minced garlic, chopped herbs and grated cheese. Form this mixture into two equal cubes and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

During this time, separate the small chicken fillet from the large one, cut each of them lengthwise. You will have four blanks for two cutlets. Cover the fillets with cling film and beat, then season with salt and pepper.

Now you can start forming cutlets. First, wrap the filling tightly in a beaten small fillet, and then in a large one. Cool the pieces in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to prevent the patties from falling apart during cooking.

Roll the cooled cutlets in flour, then in a mixed egg and at the end in breadcrumbs.

Better to bread the cutlets twice. Then they will turn out to be very crispy, and all the juice will remain inside. After the first breading, put the patties in the freezer for 15 minutes, and then coat again in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until crisp, and then send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of butter;
  • 450 g cod fillet;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 egg;
  • 3 stalks of green onions;
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Melt half the butter in a frying pan, cut the fillet into large pieces, season with salt, pepper and fry on both sides for 8 minutes. Turn the fish from time to time: it should not be too fried, only slightly golden.

While fillet is cooking, combine mashed potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, egg, finely chopped green onions, parsley, and grated cheese in a bowl. Pepper a little. Chill the finished fish for a few minutes, mash with a fork and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Form medium-sized patties and roll in breadcrumbs (more can be used if this is not enough). Heat the remaining butter and oil in a skillet, fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, and then bring them until cooked over low heat for 4 minutes.
