1. Mojito
Ingredients
- ½ lime;
- 10 fresh mint leaves;
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 200 g of crushed ice;
- 50 ml of white rum;
- 100 ml of soda.
Preparation
Cut the lime into 4 wedges. Place mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in a thick glass. Squeeze the mint and lime with a muddler or spoon to let the juice drain. Add 1 more lime wedge and sugar, then crush again.
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour rum on ice and add soda. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon and add more sugar if needed. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
2. Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 60 ml white rum;
- 30 ml lime juice;
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- 200 g of crushed ice.
Preparation
Pour rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until cooled. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Manhattan
Ingredients
- 50 ml bourbon;
- 25 ml red vermouth;
- 1 ml Angostura;
- 200 g ice cubes;
- 1 cocktail cherry.
Preparation
Pour bourbon, vermouth and angostura into a cocktail shaker and shake. Place the ice cubes in a glass, and then strain the mixture from the shaker into it. Garnish the cocktail with a cherry.
4. Bloody Mary
Ingredients
- 380 g ice cubes;
- 120 ml tomato juice;
- 50 ml of vodka;
- 10 ml lemon juice;
- 1 ml tabasco sauce;
- 1 ml Worcester sauce
- 1 g salt;
- 1 g black pepper;
- 1 stalk of celery
Preparation
Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes. Combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and leftover ice in a shaker. Stir until cooled, then strain into a glass with ice cubes. Garnish the finished shake with a celery stalk.
5. Blue Lagoon
Ingredients
- 200 g ice cubes;
- 50 ml of vodka;
- 20 ml blue curaçao;
- 150 ml Sprite;
- 1 pineapple wedge.
Preparation
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour in vodka and liquor, and then fill the Sprite glass to the top and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
6. Pina colada
Ingredients
- 30 ml of white rum;
- 90 ml pineapple juice;
- 30 ml coconut milk;
- 50 g ice cubes;

Preparation
Combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk and ice in a blender. Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry.

7. Margarita
Ingredients
- 50 ml tequila;
- 25 ml triple-sec;
- 10 ml sugar syrup;
- 30 ml lime juice;
- 200 g ice cubes;
- 2 g salt;
- 1 wedge of lime.
Preparation
Pour tequila, triple sec, sugar syrup and lime juice into a shaker, then add ice cubes to them. Stir until cooled. Make a strip of salt on the rim of the glass and pour the mixture from a shaker into it. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients
- 5 g brown sugar, cubed;
- 1 ml Angostura;
- 120 g ice cubes;
- 50 ml bourbon;
- 1 orange slice.
Preparation
Place the cubed sugar in a thick glass, add angostura and muddle. Fill a glass with ice cubes, add bourbon and stir gently with a cocktail spoon. Garnish the finished cocktail with an orange slice.
