  • keeping the chair posture;

  • transition from dog pose to push-up;
  • lateral twisting of the body with touching the feet.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds in between. When you finish the last of the list, rest for 30 seconds and start over. In total, you need to make three circles.
