Try this complex instead of a fold on the abs - you won't regret it.
These exercises will add variety to your workouts, pump your abdominal muscles from different angles, and tire all muscle fibers properly in 20 minutes of work. You can do the complex at the end of your workout or do it as a separate home workout to strengthen your abs.
The complex is performed in the format of an interval training. You do each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds and move on to the next. At the end of the first round, rest for one minute and repeat from the beginning.
If you do the complex as a separate workout, do five circles, if you use it as additional work at the end of your session, do three circles.
The workout includes four movements:
- Knee touch and side leg raises.
- Pulling the knees to the chest from the boat pose.
- Alternate hand raise in a bearish bar.
- Raising the body with alternating bent legs.
