A sharp decrease in physical activity does not have the best effect on your body. The body becomes lethargic and weak, any movement causes shortness of breath, and the mood tends to zero. Lunges
Lunge back and squat in place. Keep your back straight, do not touch the floor with your standing leg behind, except very carefully so as not to hit. Perform 10 times on each leg.
Reverse push-ups
Place your hands on a stable support, turn your hands with your fingers to the sides. Go down to parallel with your shoulders with the floor and squeeze yourself back. Do not lift your shoulders to your ears at the lowest point. Do it 10-15 times (as per condition).
Superman

Side Plank Leg Raise
Stand on the side plank on your forearm, stretch your body in one line, pull in your stomach. Raise the leg below and return it back. Try not to move your body while doing this. Repeat 10 times, then switch sides and repeat.
