This interval workout will work out your leg muscles and abs, and will load your back, shoulders and arms. Do it vigorously and you will burn more calories than in half an hour of quiet jogging.

Do each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds and move on to the next. Perform inclinations for 20 seconds on each leg.

The workout consists of seven exercises:
