In 20 minutes, you will properly load the body, burn fat and pump endurance.
This interval workout will work out your leg muscles and abs, and will load your back, shoulders and arms. Do it vigorously and you will burn more calories than in half an hour of quiet jogging.
Do each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds and move on to the next. Perform inclinations for 20 seconds on each leg.
The workout consists of seven exercises:
- Steps in place in the "crab".
- Jump squats from narrow stance to wide stance.
- Touching the shoulders in the lying position.
- Lunges at 45 degrees.
- Retention of the reverse bar.
- Bends on one leg.
- Sprinter crunches.
At the end of one lap, rest for the prescribed 20 seconds and start over. Make three circles.
If you can't work 40 seconds non-stop, try the 30/30 format: Exercise for half a minute and rest for the same amount. You can also reduce the number of laps to suit your capabilities - complete two or one. Even seven minutes of activity is better than nothing.
