You only need a pair of clean sneakers.
Fitness trainer Kaisa Keranen made her bodyweight exercises harder with a pair of regular sneakers. As a result, the training turned out to be really interesting, difficult and effective.
You will properly load your hip and core muscles, hip flexors, glutes and back muscles, improve your balance and burn a lot of calories.
The complex consists of five exercises:
- Jumping with a 180 ° turn and touching the shoes.
- Raises arms and legs in a bear plank with a sneaker on the back.
- Jumping on one leg with the touch of the sneakers at different points.
- Pulling the knees to the chest in a “boat” with the transfer of the sneaker from hand to hand.
- Semi-burpee jumping on one leg over sneakers.
Perform these exercises in a circuit training format. Do each of them for 30 seconds, and rest the rest of the minute. Then move on to the next one until you complete everything.
When finished, rest for one minute, if necessary, and start over. Make four circles, on the second and fourth, do exercises 2, 3 and 5 in the opposite direction to evenly pump the whole body.
