Take the rope and go outside. It will not be boring!
This workout combines two versatile cardio exercises: running and jumping rope, arranged in a ladder shape. Due to this combination, you will not only pump your stamina well and spend a lot of calories, but also provide a load on your arms and shoulders.
How to do a workout
The complex looks like this:
- 400 m run;
- 50 jumping rope;
- 400 m run;
- 40 jumping rope;
- 400 m run;
- 30 jumping rope;
- 400 m run;
- 20 jumping rope;
- 400 m run;
- 10 jumping rope.
If you know how to do double jumps, choose them. This exercise will burn more calories and work well in your shoulder girdle and forearms.
If the double option is not yet given to you, perform the single one. But at the same time try to maintain an energetic pace and work without pauses between intervals: you ran, immediately took the rope and started jumping.
If you are running outside the stadium, measure the distance so that you can cover 200 m in one direction, then return to the place where you left the rope and start the next interval of jumping.
