Samsung has officially announced two smartphones from the budget Galaxy M series - M10 and M20. They boast large waterdrop notch screens, wide-angle cameras, and face unlock support.
Galaxy M20
The device is equipped with a 6.3-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 2,340 × 1,080 pixels and a notch for an 8-megapixel selfie camera. At the back is a dual camera with 13- and 5-megapixel sensors, the second of which is wide-angle. There is also a fingerprint sensor.
Inside, the Galaxy M20 has an eight-core Exynos 7904 processor and either 3 or 4 GB of RAM. The internal memory is 64 GB, but it can be expanded using a microSD card. The battery capacity is 5000 mAh.
The smartphone has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Android version is 8.1 Oreo.
Galaxy M10
The cheaper smartphone has a 6, 2-inch screen with a resolution of 1,520 × 720 pixels. The front camera is 5 megapixel, there is no fingerprint sensor. The rear cameras are the same as on the Galaxy M20.
The processor of the Galaxy M10 is weaker - the eight-core Exynos 7870. The amount of RAM is 2 or 3 GB, the internal memory is 32 GB. Battery capacity - 3 430 mAh.
The smartphones will go on sale on February 5 in India, after which they should reach other countries. The Galaxy M20 will cost 135 euros for the version with 3 GB of RAM, 160 euros for the version with 4 GB. Galaxy M10 will cost 100 and 110 euros for modifications with 2 and 3 GB of memory, respectively. The devices will be available in blue and black.
