The app needs to include not only thoughts, but also how you feel and what is happening at the moment. If you are in a bad mood, Moodnotes will ask you a series of questions, by answering which you will be able to independently come to a solution to the problem.

If the reason is found, the application will try to tell you how to get rid of it. And the key word here is “try”, because Moodnotes still does not reach a professional psychoanalyst.

The app is available for iOS and Apple Watch. The functionality of the latter leaves much to be desired - you can only choose an emoji that reflects your current state of health. For everything else, you will have to go to the iOS version.
