There is always a danger that more resources will be spent on saving measures than saved by the event itself. That is why the aTimeLogger 2 timing application is designed to make timing not only simple and convenient, but also very fast.
I've been familiar with aTimeLogger since the first version. Even then, the app was the best for those who track timekeeping, and with the advent of widgets on iOS and Apple Watch, it has no equal at all.
To start tracking, you just need to bring up the "Today" screen and tap on the desired activity.
And for the happy owners of the Apple Watch, it's even easier.

Of course, you can launch activities from the application itself. This is how the screen looks when your activities are not displayed by category (even if they are):
And so, if the settings are set to display by category:
You can view statistics for a day, week or month with different display: list, chart or calendar.

A fairly large gallery of icons is built into the application for creating activities to suit all tastes and needs.
But all of the above is just the minimum that a timing application should have. ATimeLogger 2 has much more possibilities.
ATimeLogger 2 features
Sergey Zaplitny, the creator of aTimeLogger 2, does not keep timing, but, as he once told me, this is even better, because he listens to the requests of users and embodies them, and does not oppose his own line. The app can really be customized in any way:
- when starting a new activity, the already launched one counts down the time in parallel, or is put on the groove, or stops, depending on the user settings;
- setting goals: for activity, for an interval, for a day, for a week, for a month, upon reaching which aTimeLogger 2 will notify you (thanks to this feature, aTimeLogger 2 can replace a Pomodoro application);
- viewing statistics on the achievement of established goals;
- synchronization with other devices and the web interface;
- reports for any period with the ability to export (CSV, HTML);
- reminders for every given period of time to develop a habit and just not to forget (from 15 minutes and more);
- integration with Twitter;
- timer settings;
- the utility for Mac OS is being tested at the moment.
If you are not entirely clear how aTimeLogger 2 can be adapted to your needs, ask in the comments. And for those who want this wonderful application as a gift, today we have a distribution of codes for the iOS version.
To participate in the drawing of promotional codes, you need to share this article on Facebook, Twitter, Google + or VKontakte, then in the comments leave a link to the post on the social network and your email. On Tuesday June 9th, 50 winners will be randomly selected from among those who have met all the conditions. Good luck!
