Spider Sense

Literally a second later, a window glass collapsed from the height of the 11th floor to the place from which he left.

Reddit users jokingly suggested that Spider-Man's ability to sense impending danger was at work.

Elevator

A user with the nickname kimb0q remembered how he and a friend once took the elevator down to the dorm dining room. They were arguing about something violently and after opening the doors lingered inside for an extra second. At this moment, the cabin fell down and flew two floors with open doors. Fortunately, no one was badly hurt.

In this situation, a second delay, in fact, saved their lives, because if they took a step out of the elevator a little earlier, the consequences could be much more tragic.

Childhood lesson
