Many do not take up homemade baking, not only for fear of tinkering with the dough, but also because of their unwillingness to rake and wash mountains of dishes, which, as a rule, remain after a series of manipulations with various ingredients. Our brownie recipe is one of the exceptions as it only takes a couple of minutes to prepare the dough and a single bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter;
  • 90 g dark chocolate;
  • ½ cup (60 g) cocoa
  • 1 ½ cups (270 g) sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (185 g) flour
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 3 eggs.

Choose any bowl or saucepan and place the pieces of chocolate and butter in it. While stirring constantly, melt them completely over low heat.

Pour sugar into the resulting mixture, stir and remove the dishes from heat. Add cocoa and stir again.

Now, while continuing to whisk quickly, start adding eggs to the chocolate mixture, one at a time. Beat the mixture vigorously so that the protein does not curl up in the heat. Add a pinch of salt immediately and splash in the fragrance if desired.

After adding flour, knead the dough with a spoon until all ingredients are combined. Stirring for a long time will create gluten strands that can make the brownies tough, so don't be too zealous.

Pour the finished dough into a 20 cm square mold, the bottom and sides of which are covered with oiled parchment.

Leave the brownie to bake at 180 degrees for half an hour. Cut only after cooling completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
