allows you to group bookmarks into categories, and then displays them in a compact, clearly structured form.

You can create thematic panels (Boards), add columns of categories (Categories) to them and fill the latter with links. For example, create a panel "Education", then add columns "Courses", "Books", "Articles" and so on. All that remains is to fill them in with relevant links.

With Papaly, it is comfortable to edit even a voluminous bookmark directory. At any time, it can be easily reorganized in whole or in part, if necessary: the service allows you to drag bookmarks between categories, and categories between panels.

Even in a large number of links, it is quite easy to navigate. If you group them wisely, you will see a collection neatly arranged on the shelves in front of you. For greater clarity, the service displays a corresponding icon next to the name of each added site. A couple of clicks are enough to get to any link in the directory.

Bookmarks can be searched by name using the search form. In addition, the service can sort them alphabetically or by the number of your visits. You can also add frequently used sites to the dedicated Speed Dial.

Additional functions

The Papaly developers have provided several useful functions for working with the database. To keep your precious collection safe, you can export all bookmarks from your Papaly personal account in HTML format. In case of any failures, it will be possible to recover the lost data from it. In addition, the service supports importing links from browsers and other bookmark managers.

Since Papaly stores data in the cloud, all added links are synchronized between devices linked to a shared account. It is necessary to enter the username and password on the new device, and all the bookmarks will appear there as well.

Plus, Papaly has a social dimension. The service acts as a repository of links to different resources, which is updated by users. Anyone can open personal bookmarks for everyone else, and vice versa, look into other people's panels with links of the selected topic and discover several new useful sites.

And yet, if you connect social network accounts to the service, then all the posts marked with your likes in them will appear on the Social Bookmarks panel of Papaly. Here you will see which posts you recently liked on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Application, bookmarklet and browser extensions

To help you bookmark web pages without going to the Papaly site, the developers offer extensions for Chrome and Firefox, as well as an iOS app.

The iOS version allows you to send links to Papaly directly from your mobile browser. And with bookmarklet and extensions, you can add bookmarks much faster in desktop Chrome and Firefox. Papaly for Android, as indicated on the official website of the service, is still in development.
