Take a vacation or day off. Temporarily give up your usual lifestyle. Break out of the home-work-home cycle and get some rest. Get out into nature, be alone, or just stay in bed all day.

3. Don't blame yourself

It is important to understand that tiredness is normal. Just because you’re tired of everything doesn’t mean you don’t love your family or your job. You just need time to recover.
