But the main advantage of this delicacy is that it is prepared from only three ingredients and baked for no more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 455 g dark chocolate;
  • 225 g butter;
  • 6 large eggs.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in the chosen dish along with the pieces of butter.

Place the container with the ingredients over a boiling water bath so that the bottom does not touch the surface of the water. Melt the butter and chocolate.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and place over boiling water. While whisking, heat the eggs in a water bath for a minute.

Then remove the container with the egg mixture from the water bath and beat it with a hand blender for 5 minutes (maximum power).

When adding the beaten eggs in portions to the chocolate mass, stir the cake base very gently to keep as much air as possible. Although it is impossible to miscalculate here: knock out a little more air than necessary - the cake will turn out to be denser, but no less tasty.

Pour the prepared mixture into a parchment-covered and oiled mold (20 cm).

Place the pan on a baking sheet with hot water (the water should cover the pan by 2 cm), then send the cake to the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 20 minutes. For the first 5 minutes, the cake is baked without foil, and for the next 15 minutes, cover.

The finished cake is completely cooled for at least four hours, then carefully removed from the mold, walking around the edges of the cake with a knife dipped in hot water, and cut with it.
