All prejudices about the complexity of making desserts can be safely discarded when it comes to this chocolate fondant. Just five ingredients, 10 minutes in the oven - and a chocolate-flavored cake with a liquid core is ready to serve.

Ingredients

• 90 g of dark chocolate;
• 35 g butter;
• 1 egg;
• 25 g (2 tablespoons) sugar
• 8 g (1 tablespoon) flour.

Cooking begins by melting the chocolate and butter. This can be done in a water bath or in the microwave (about a minute at 600 W). When the consistency of the mixture begins to resemble ganache, you're done.

If you do not like desserts with pronounced sweetness, then you can safely cut the amount of sugar to 15 g. Beat the measured sugar with an egg.

Combine the slightly cooled melted chocolate and a beaten egg with sugar, add flour.

Lubricate small baking tins (you can use muffin tins) with a lump of butter and fill about halfway with the chocolate dough. The ingredients we have taken should make two chocolate fondants.

Place the molds in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. During cooking, the dough will rise slightly on the sides due to the presence of the egg in the mixture, and the core will remain sunken.

For those who are convinced that the center of the cake remains moist and dangerous to health due to the presence of a raw egg in the dough, we hasten to say that during baking, even the fluid core heats up to a temperature of 70 degrees and above.

Chocolate fondants can be flipped onto a plate and served sprinkled with cocoa, powdered sugar, or accompanied by fruit and a scoop of ice cream.
