1. Salad with pomegranate and tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 1 small bunch of cilantro or parsley
- 50 g of pomegranate seeds;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Cut the onion into half rings, the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the greens.
Place in a bowl with the pomegranate seeds. Season with olive oil, salt and stir.
2. Salad with pomegranate, carrot and garlic
Ingredients
- 1 carrot;
- ½ pomegranate;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 sprig of mint;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation

Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Chop the cabbage. Peel the pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients
- 200 g celery root;
- 1 apple;
- 1 onion;
- ¼ pomegranate;

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Cut the celery and apple into strips, the onion into half rings. Peel the pomegranate seeds.

- 100 g wild rice;
- 50 g almonds;
- 150 g feta cheese;

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of water;

Preparation
Boil the rice until tender and cool.

7. Salad with pomegranate, beets and carrots
Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 beet;
- ½ red onion;
- ½ pomegranate;
- 30 g walnuts;
- salt to taste;
- black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Whisk the butter, lemon juice and honey.
Grate the carrots and beets on a coarse grater or a Korean carrot grater. Cut the onion into quarters of the rings. Peel the pomegranate seeds.
