- 80 g honey;
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- some chili flakes;
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- ½ tablespoon of cornstarch;
- some fresh thyme.
Preparation
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Pour in beer and mix thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Heat the oil well in a saucepan or skillet. There should be enough of it so that the cabbage can swim freely. Dip a few inflorescences in batter and put them in oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
