Today you will find five variations of the great and terrible burpees. This exercise loads the muscles of the whole body, even without additional movements, and with them turns into a real monster that pumps both muscle strength and joint mobility, agility and endurance.

Grab the timer and get ready to give it your all.

Perform five types of burpees:

  1. With the Spiderman push-up.
  2. With access to the "bear" bar and a high jump with the knees brought to the chest.
  3. With jumping around.
  4. With the removal of a straight leg to the side.
  5. On one leg (change each circle).

Time yourself and do five burpees of each type. Do them in a row, without resting between movements, and try to complete them as soon as possible.

At the end of the circle, see how long it took, rest 1-2 minutes and repeat from the beginning, trying to do as good as the first time. Do three to five circles in this way.
