Double PCR test when returning from abroad, a simplified way to issue a tax deduction and other innovations of the month.
May holidays will be lengthened due to non-working days
The President declared the period from 4 to 7 May to be non-working days with salary retention. At the same time, employers have the right to act at their own discretion: to release employees or not, if this interferes with the functioning of the organization. They are also allowed to work remotely.
With payment due to the status of days - they are not weekends or holidays - everything is also not easy. If the employee does not come to the "machine", he will receive the whole salary, without deductions. If it does, he will also be paid his regular salary.
Getting some tax deductions will be easier
From May 21, another way to issue deductions will be available. It is provided for several situations:
- if you bought a home;
- pay interest on your mortgage;
- have deposited money into an individual investment account and want a deduction from this amount.
Instead of a declaration in such cases, you will need to submit an application in your personal account on the FTS website. At the same time, the maximum period of a desk audit will be reduced from three months to one. And the money will be returned to the account in 15 days, and not in a month, as before.
The old ways of filing a tax deduction also continue to operate.
Fines for violation of traffic rules at level crossings will increase 5 times
From May 5, a fine of 5 thousand will have to be paid for the following violations:
- crossing railway tracks outside the level crossing;
- exit to the crossing with a closed or closing barrier, as well as with a prohibiting signal from a traffic light or a crossing officer;
- stopping or parking at the crossing;
- crossing an unregulated level-crossing if a train is approaching it within sight.
Previously, the fine for all violations, except the last one, was one thousand rubles. The last point was added to the Code of Administrative Offenses in a new edition. What counts as the limits of visibility is not explained.
Also, this fine can no longer be paid at a 50% discount in the first 20 days after the order is issued. And instead of material punishment, you can also lose your rights for a period of 3-6 months.
The fine for other violations during the passage of railway crossings, not mentioned in the list above, was also increased to 5 thousand.
PCR test when entering Russia will have to be passed twice
A Russian arriving from abroad must take a PCR test within three days after returning to the country. This requirement remains.
And from May 2, you will also need to take a second test. It must be done no earlier than a day after the first, but no later than five days after arrival. The results of both studies will need to be uploaded to Gosuslugi.
Fines for disembarking a free-rider child from public transport
The law itself, which prohibits expelling a minor from the bus if he does not have a ticket, a transport card has not worked or there is no money on it, came into force in March. So the legislators decided to protect children from situations when they were dropped out of transport in a deserted place in the cold, and there were such cases.
Levers to punish lawbreakers will appear only in May. For the forced disembarkation of a child, the driver faces a fine of 5 thousand rubles, the conductor or controller - 20-30 thousand.
