Pensions and benefits will be transferred only to the Mir card

The deadline was postponed as much as they could, but that day has come: now the majority of payments from the state will be transferred only to accounts to which either the Mir card is tied, or none at all. This is how pensions, state scholarships, social benefits from the Pension Fund, salaries of civil servants and the like will be paid.

Banks can be punished for breaking this rule. So, when a transfer does not meet the condition, the organizations will try to contact the recipient of the funds. If he does not respond, the money will be returned to the sender on the eleventh day. This does not mean that the funds will never be received again - they will be paid. But you have to spend energy.

So it is better to get a Mir card for benefits and pensions or open an account without cards and transfer the details to the payer.

There will be new payments related to children

You can read more about them in a separate article by Lifehacker. And here we will briefly go over the payments that have appeared since July 1.

Allowance for children from 8 to 16 years old inclusive

For a child who is suitable for age, you can receive 50% of the regional minimum subsistence level for children every month. On average, this is 5,652 rubles. You can apply for the allowance if the child is brought up in an incomplete family with an average per capita income below the regional subsistence level.

Monthly allowance for pregnant women

Previously, women who were registered with antenatal clinics before 12 weeks were entitled to a one-time payment. It was tiny - 708, 23 rubles or a little more because of the multiplying factors. Everyone paid her. It was enough to go to the clinic on time.

Now the benefit will become monthly and will amount to 50% of the regional subsistence minimum. On average, this is 5,827 rubles. But only women whose family income per capita is below the regional subsistence level will receive it.

Hospital for childcare, excluding length of service

Seniority plays an important role when paying for sick leave. If you work less than five years, only 60% of the average daily earnings per day will be paid. For 100%, you need at least eight years of experience. But now sick leave to care for a child under 8 years old will be paid in the amount of 100%, regardless of the guard.

Payment to schoolchildren for the academic year

In August, they promise to pay 10 thousand rubles for each child from 6 to 18 years old. According to the idea, this money should help get the children to school. You can apply for payment from July 15th.

The terms of the preferential mortgage will change

In 2020, a preferential mortgage program appeared, which made it possible to take out a loan for apartments in new buildings at 6.5% per annum. Conditions will change slightly from July. The interest rate will now be 7%. Previously, it was possible to borrow from a bank 12 million in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions, 6 - in the rest of Russia. Now the maximum for residents of all regions of the country is 3 million.

Preferential mortgage program for families with children will expand

Anyone could take a mortgage at 6.5% (and now at 7%). But there was a program for families in which the second or any next child was born. For such parents, the rate was even lower - 6%. The program was extended, only the conditions were not toughened, but vice versa. Now one child is enough for a preferential mortgage.

Temporary registration will be issued faster

From July 1, they must register at the place of stay during the working day. Previously, it took up to three days.

You will have to pay more for a communal apartment

Utilities tariffs are traditionally increased on July 1. How much depends on the region. The maximum percentage of growth is set by the Government of the Russian Federation. Local authorities can raise aggregate payments as much as they like, but not above this upper limit. Most of all it is allowed to increase tariffs in Chechnya - 6, 5%, least of all in the Murmansk region - 3, 2%. To find out what exactly awaits you, look for rates on the websites of the regional executive power.

You will have to report for a foreign electronic wallet

But not everyone. It is necessary to provide the tax service with a report if more than 600 thousand rubles were received in the wallet in a year - in all currencies.

Tax authorities will sometimes begin to warn about impending blocking of accounts

From July 1, the FTS will be able to notify organizations and individual entrepreneurs that they have not filed declarations and that their accounts are about to be blocked. They will warn you 14 days before the freezing decision. During this time, you can manage to eliminate the shortcomings and avoid unpleasant consequences.

FTS will start issuing electronic signatures

From July 1, organizations, entrepreneurs and notaries will be able to obtain a qualified electronic signature at the certification center of the Federal Tax Service. Certificates issued until December 31 inclusive will be valid for 15 months. The service is free of charge.

The deferral of online cash registers for some individual entrepreneurs will end

Until July 1, entrepreneurs who sell goods of their own production and do not have additional employees could work without online cash registers. Now it’s impossible.

Officials and security officials will be banned from having foreign citizenship

State and municipal employees, law enforcement officers, military personnel will no longer be able to have a second citizenship or residence permit in another country. Their presence will become an obstacle to employment.

If an official or a security official already has a second citizenship, he must inform the head of this and confirm his intention to refuse a foreign passport. Or say goodbye to work. It is assumed that there will be no “foreigners” among the persons specified in the law by January 1, 2022.
