Family mortgage extended

This year it has already been extended once - until March 1, 2023. Now the program will run until December 31, 2023.

We are talking about a preferential mortgage for a family with at least one child, who was born from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022. The interest rate for them is 6% and below.

Pensioners will be given 10 thousand rubles each

Everyone who became a pensioner before August 31 is promised to transfer 10 thousand rubles each in September. You don't need to do anything for this, the Pension Fund will transfer the money automatically. Moreover, it is not necessary to be an old-age pensioner, the rest are also entitled to payment.

Youth will be given money for cultural outings

Russians from 14 to 22 years old are offered to issue the "Pushkin Card" through "State Services". Money will be transferred to it, with the help of which it will be possible to buy tickets to theaters, museums and so on. In 2021, each cardholder will receive 3 thousand rubles for these purposes.

Hospital for caring for young children will be paid to the maximum

Sick leave payment depends on the length of service. To receive 100% of the average earnings per day of illness, you must have worked for at least eight years. But from September 1, sick leave for caring for a child up to eight years old will be paid at 100%, regardless of length of service. At the same time, it is important that no more than 2,434.25 rubles will be paid per day - this limitation applies to disability benefits in 2021.

Some traffic fines can be disputed online

We are talking about fines for violations recorded by an automatic camera. From September 1, it will be possible to challenge them through the "State Services" or the website of the court. But about the latter, there is a proviso in the law - if technically feasible. However, it is also impossible to say for sure how soon this function will fully appear on "State Services".

The complaint is submitted in the form of an electronic document, which is certified by an enhanced qualified or simple electronic signature, suitable for receiving public services. The latter is available to people with a confirmed account on "State Services". To use it, you just need to log in to the portal.

There will be no more signs "Photo and video recording"

On March 1, a new road sign "Photo and video fixation" appeared in Russia. It means that automatic cameras can work in the area of its action to fix traffic violations. In cities and towns, it is placed along with signs about the beginning of settlements. That is, the camera can wait at any intersection; it will not warn you separately. Outside settlements, it is placed at a distance of 150-300 meters to the control zone.

For half a year, additional information signs of the same name were also in effect. But from September 1, they will no longer be there.

Garage amnesty kicks off

Until September 1, 2026, you can register the ownership of the land under the garage for free. We are talking about capital buildings erected before December 29, 2004, that is, before the current City Planning Code came into force. A free-standing garage or one that has common walls with others is suitable. At the same time, it is important that it is not recognized as an unauthorized construction by the authorities or the court.

You can also register the ownership of the garage itself in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Rosreestr has made simple and clear instructions on how to proceed and what documents will be needed.

When reimbursing for OSAGO, the commodity value will be taken into account

According to the new rules, the real damage after an accident is not only the cost of repairs and spare parts, but also the loss of commodity value. The condition works both when the insurer pays compensation in cash and when it organizes repairs on its own.

The new rules will apply to accidents after September 20, 2021.

A lottery will be held for the vaccinated

From September 1 to December 1, a prize draw will be organized twice among those who have been vaccinated against coronavirus. In total, it is planned to award a thousand prizes, each in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. The winners will be selected by a random number generator.
