Trying to accommodate everyone's tastes, we offer you three different snacks: popcorn with chocolate for a sweet tooth, baked spicy chickpeas for those looking to lose weight for the swimming season, and pizza bytes for fast food fans in its classic guise.

Let's start with the usual snacks for the movie show - popcorn, which in cinemas is so fond of seasoning with salt and butter. The home version is slightly less calories.

To make popcorn, pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it up. There should be just enough oil in the dishes so that it is enough to evenly envelop the corn grains, and therefore there is no need to turn the process into deep-fat frying. Based on the size of our pot, a similar volume of oil was taken for a third of a glass of grains.

When the oil is hot, throw the grains into it, cover the container with a lid and keep the dishes on fire for half a minute, then remove it from the heat and shake for about 10 seconds. As soon as the popping stops, the popcorn is ready.

While the corn is hot, mix it with the finely chopped chocolate and add a pinch of salt. The latter is known to be an excellent partner for chocolate desserts.

Chickpeas are even easier to cook. It is enough to mix boiled chickpeas with oil and spices, and then place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir the beans every 5-7 minutes so they don't burn.

Finally, we saved the pizza in a much more convenient format than the original. Take anything you like as a filling. We have chicken and cheese.

First, we roll out a layer of finished puff pastry to a thickness of a quarter of a centimeter. We cut out circles from the layer using a cutting mold or a simple glass. In our case, the diameter of the circle was 7 centimeters. In the center, without zeal, we spread the filling, fold the dough circle in half and stick the edges together.

For greater reliability, we walk along the edge with the teeth of the fork. Grease the finished mini-pizza with whipped yolk and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We put the pizza bytes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes. Serve hot, with ketchup or any other favorite.
