If you don't know how to spice up your meal, here's one of my favorite ways to cook young potatoes. Very tasty, aromatic and fast, as the potatoes do not even need to be peeled.

I am not a fan of potatoes, but when a new crop appears, I often cook this dish.

Ingredients

  • young potatoes - 500 g;
  • rosemary - 2 sprigs (or dry);
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • olive oil - 30 g;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Preparation

Grease the parchment paper well with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Put well-washed potatoes on parchment, add a little salt again and sprinkle with oil. If you have large potatoes, you can cut them in half (like mine in the photo).

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the potatoes into it for 10-12 minutes (the exact cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes). When the potatoes are a little fried, turn them over and leave in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. 5-7 minutes before cooking, add peeled garlic to it (see how to quickly do this). The readiness of the potatoes can be determined with a fork.
