Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg of young potatoes;
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Place the washed young potatoes in a deep saucepan. Pour 6 glasses of water, a glass of apple cider vinegar, salt, chopped garlic into it and put on fire.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook potatoes for 20-25 minutes. You can check the degree of doneness with a toothpick or a match.
Remove the pan from the heat, drain and cool the potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Take a deep baking sheet and brush it with vegetable oil.
In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, salt, pepper and oil and mix thoroughly. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters if necessary.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 15–20 minutes.
Serve with herbs and season with pepper if desired.
