Time Out weekly surveyed 15,000 people from 32 major cities and ranked the most attractive ones for travel. Various aspects of city life were taken into account in the awarding of points, including food, drink, culture, friendliness, accessibility, level of happiness, convenience of life, safety of citizens.
32. Istanbul
Rating: 87, 1 point.
Residents of Istanbul are proud of their unique city and its history, but most of them are unhappy with their lives. Only half of the respondents admitted that they felt happy over the past 24 hours.
