Third exercisestretches the inner and outer thighs. In this case, the stomach should be drawn in, the abdominal muscles should be tense, the shoulders should be straightened and lowered (do not pull your head into your shoulders!).

Fourth option- the most common transverse fold. Open your hips as wide as you can, and try with a straight back, without bending your knees, slowly stretch forward and down. For a change, you can alternate bending forward with bends to both legs alternately: left leg - forward - right leg.
