You will need: white chocolate, baking paper, disposable bag or special bag for cream.

Step # 1. Melt white chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath and wait for it to cool slightly and thicken. Spoon it into a bag or cream bag. If you are using a bag, you will need to press all the chocolate into one corner, tie it and cut off the corner so that you get a very small hole. Through it we will squeeze out the chocolate for our snowflake.

Step number 2. Draw snowflakes on baking paper with a pen. They should be not very complicated so that it is easy to repeat the pattern and the snowflake does not break later.

Step number 3. After you have drawn a snowflake with chocolate, send it to the freezer for about 10 minutes. Take out and carefully separate the finished snowflake from the baking paper with a knife blade.

If the chocolate is too thin, the snowflake may blur and end up not so pretty (the largest snowflake in the photo). The thicker the chocolate, the more precise the contours will be and the thicker the snowflake itself.

Chocolate bowls

I had to tinker a little with this recipe. I saw this version of a dessert bowl a few years ago, but I only got to try my hands now. Before that, I saw step-by-step instructions in photos and videos. As a result, it turned out that this is not as easy as the option with snowflakes, but if you follow certain rules, everything will definitely work out! As a result, out of three bowls, I ruined only one.:)

You will need: dark chocolate, balloons, baking paper.

Step # 1. You need to melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and let it stand for a while to cool slightly and thicken. As the chocolate cools, you inflate the balloons. That said, it's better to make them small than large, so choose the smallest balloons and inflate them quite a bit.

Step number 2. Take a spoon and put round bases for future bowls on baking paper.

Step number 3. Now you need to make bowls. Take the inflated balloon so that the tail is in your hands, and begin to coat it with a spoon. For more convenience, you can use the glass as a stand. The thicker the layer, the better!

Step number 4. Turn the balls coated with chocolate and place them on prepared and already slightly hardened bases.

Step number 5. Send it all to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. The time depends on the size of the balls and the thickness of the chocolate layer. It is better to keep it in the cold a little longer so that the chocolate hardens well! It was in my haste that I ruined one of the bowls.

Step number 6. Take the balls out of the refrigerator, grab the tail and carefully cut it off with scissors. The ball is deflated, and it can happen that especially thin edges of the bowl will break off along with it, but there is nothing to worry about. Very slowly and carefully remove the ball from the inside, gradually tearing it away from the chocolate. That's it, your bowls are ready! You can add ice cream, or cream, or soufflé, or something else delicious!
