Cooling down and invigorating is incredibly easy.
1. Citrus cold coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- a few ice cubes;
- 300 ml freshly brewed coffee;
- 1 wedge of lime.
Preparation
Pour lemon juice into a jar with a screw cap, add powder, ice and cooled coffee. Close the jar and shake vigorously. Pour the drink into a glass and garnish with lime.
2. Iced coffee with condensed milk
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of ground coffee;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- 150 ml boiling water;
- 1 tablespoon of condensed milk;
- 100 ml of cold water;
- a few ice cubes.
Preparation
Mix coffee and cinnamon. Pour boiling water over and leave for a while to let the thick settle to the bottom.
Pour the coffee into a new container so that the grounds remain in the old one. Add condensed milk and water and beat with a blender.
Pour the drink into a glass and throw ice cubes into it.
3. Iced coffee with banana and ice cream
Ingredients
- 250 ml freshly brewed coffee;
- 1 banana;
- 200 g creamy ice cream;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- ½ teaspoon of grated chocolate.
Preparation
Whisk the cooled coffee and banana with a blender. Add half of the ice cream and beat again until smooth.
Pour coffee into a glass. Place the remaining ice cream in slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chocolate.
4. Spicy iced coffee with milk
Ingredients
- 400 ml of water;
- 3 tablespoons of ground coffee;
- 3 buds of dried cloves;
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- a pinch of ground cardamom;
- 200 ml of milk;
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add coffee, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom and stir well. Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
Pour the coffee into ice cube trays and place in the freezer until it is completely frozen. Combine the ice, milk and cinnamon with a blender until smooth.
If you don't have a blender on hand, you can simply mix the milk with cinnamon and add cubes of iced coffee to it. They will gradually melt and give the milk an incredible taste and aroma.
5. Iced coffee with salted caramel
Ingredients
- 250 ml freshly brewed coffee;
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- a pinch of sea salt;
- a few ice cubes;
- whipped cream - for garnish.
