This complex is great for both morning exercises and for completing the main workout. Yoga asanas will warm up the body and increase flexibility, and additional movements will well load the rectus and oblique abdominal muscles.

The workout consists of five exercises:

  1. Side bends in the warrior pose - 10 times in each direction.
  2. Circles with the legs in a downward dog pose - 10 times with each leg.
  3. Side Plank Raise - 10 reps on each side.
  4. Alternate lowering of the knees in the bar - 10 touches with each knee.
  5. Slow abs - 10 reps.

Do not rest between exercises: if you finish one thing, immediately proceed to the next one.

The specific training time depends on the speed of its implementation. One exercise takes about 60 seconds, so you can complete a circle in five minutes.

If you want to work out longer and get a good load on your abs and other core muscles, rest for one minute when you're done and do one or two more circles.
