It turns out that you can get a grant to study in another country from the state itself.

If you are dreaming of a Canadian, Australian or American degree, please note that these countries provide funding for international students every year. And the acceptance of applications will begin soon.

Each country has government scholarships for international students that cover all the costs of studying at the chosen university. Most are for graduate students and young scientists, but there are also opportunities for bachelor's or master's programs.

Canada

Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship

Students who wish to pursue a master's or doctoral degree in natural sciences, engineering, humanities, social sciences and medicine. The admission program is as follows: the student enters the university, which is a partner of the program, and the university nominates the student for a scholarship. The deadline for applications from universities is November 6th. The winners receive $ 50,000 annually to study for 3 years.

Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship

State scholarship of 70,000 euros per year (duration two years) for students of specialties: research in the field of health, natural or human sciences. Applications will open on June 1st, with a deadline for the last week of September 2014.

Trudeau Foundation

Trudeau Foundation Scholarship for Research in Canada. Available for graduate students of humanitarian and social specialties. The application deadline is mid-December each year.

USA

Fullbright Program

7 grants for international students (the list can be found here) with a bachelor's degree or higher.

Applications for 2015-2016 will open on May 1, 2014 on the program website. The deadline for applications is October 14, 2014. The funding also covers transportation and accommodation costs.

Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

Australia

Endeavor Scholarships and Fellowships

Annual study grants from the Australian Government for international students. It provides for both short-term (4-6 months) and long-term (up to 4 years plus a year for internship) programs. The list of grants can be found here. Applications for 2015 will begin to be accepted in April 2014. Then it will be possible to familiarize yourself with the specific conditions and requirements for filing.

Australia International Postgraduate Research Scholarship

The program offers funding for the study of foreign graduate students in one of the universities in Australia (the list of universities can be found here). The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation and insurance costs. The deadline for applications is from July to October.

This list only includes government scholarships and grants for foreigners, which are issued from year to year. Of course, there is a considerable competition for each of them, but having thoroughly prepared, you have every chance to receive funding for your education from the state.
