iPhone 7 and iPhone SE

Apart from the color, nothing has changed in the iPhone 7. Smartphones will be available for purchase on Friday, March 24th, from Apple Authorized Resellers. The official price of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition is from 60,990 and 70,990 rubles, respectively, for a model with 128 GB of memory. A 256 GB version will also go on sale.

The new iPhone 7 color is called Vibrant Red and is a reference to the Bono and Bobby Shriver (RED) project. For all (PRODUCT) RED products, Apple contributes to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS.

iPhone SE received two new configurations: with 32 and 128 GB of internal storage. Apple no longer sells iPhone SE models with 16 and 64 GB. The price of new products is 32,990 and 40,990 rubles, respectively.

iPad 2017

The new 9.7-inch iPad is cheaper. The tablet will replace the iPad Air 2 and will cost from 24,990 rubles for a model with 32 GB and Wi-Fi.

There are four complete sets: with 32 or 128 GB of memory and with Wi-Fi or LTE.

The model looks the same as the iPad Air 2, but is equipped with the new 64-bit A9 processor (the same in the iPhone SE and iPhone 6s). As a result, we have an excellent basic Apple tablet, which is also cheaper.

The new iPad will ship in gray, silver and gold. Pink has not yet been announced.

Apple has also updated the iPad mini, which can now be purchased with 128GB of storage. In Russia, it is sold today at a price of 29,990 rubles for a model with Wi-Fi. iPad mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular costs 39,990 rubles.

Clips app

Apple also introduced Clips, a video maker app for iPhone and iPad. Now you can combine multiple videos from your iPhone or iPad into one recording without being a video editing guru. It's just as easy to add music to your footage: Clips has its own sound library, and the audio track automatically adjusts to the length of the video being edited.

The Live Titles feature allows you to create animated subtitles by dictating them. The program recognizes 36 languages. Whether there is Russian among them, we will find out after the release.

Clips is a free app and will appear in the App Store in April.
