Preparation
Pour red wine into a saucepan and place over medium heat.
Add sugar and gelatin to the warmed wine. Stir well.
While stirring, bring the mixture to a boil, but do not boil.
Remove the pot from the stove. Using a pipette, pour the mixture into the molds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
When the mixture hardens, the fancy dessert is ready to eat.
