Make pancakes with kefir, milk, sour cream, water and yeast. Add apples, pumpkin, bananas, cottage cheese, potatoes and more to the dough.
6 important points
- It is better to sift the flour for the dough first. Then the pancakes will be more magnificent.
- Whichever dough you choose, the method of frying will not change.
- Heat the oil well in a skillet before frying the pancakes. You can use vegetable or creamy.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of dough in a skillet. The pancakes should not touch each other, so cook them in batches.
- Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the surface is lightly browned.
- If you want to remove excess oil from finished pancakes, place them on a paper towel. It will absorb the fat.
