1. Start "Registry Editor".
2. Find the HKEY_CURRENT_USERSystemGameConfigStore folder in the tree menu.
3. Right click on the GameDVR_Enabled entry and select "Edit" from the context menu. Enter "0" (zero) in the "Value" field.
4. Now navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindows folder.
5. Create a new section in this folder called GameDVR.
6. Right-click anywhere in the right half of the window and select New → DWORD (32-bit) Value from the context menu. Name it AllowGameDVR.
7. Now right click on the newly created parameter and assign it the value "0" (zero).
That's all. Close Registry Editor and restart your computer. As a result of your actions, the game bar in Windows 10 will be disabled and will no longer be able to slow down games.
