  • 500 ml of milk;

How to make béchamel sauce

In a saucepan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Gradually add the sifted flour, stirring constantly with a whisk.

As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass.

Pour in the cold milk gradually, stirring continuously with a whisk. Failure to do this will result in lumps in the sauce. The mass should become homogeneous.

Boil the sauce for another 2-3 minutes and season with spices.
