  • 3 large potato tubers;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 100 g grated cheese;
  • 120 ml sour cream;
  • 50 g bacon;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • green onions to taste.

Preparation

Rinse well and wipe the potato tubers with a napkin. Place them on a fork, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake potatoes until cooked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (about 35-40 minutes).

While the potatoes are cooking, chop and sauté the bacon until crisp.

After the potatoes are cooked, cool them down and carefully scoop out most of the flesh with a spoon, being careful not to damage the skin.

Prepare the filling for the potato cups. The extracted potato pulp can be slightly microwaved to melt the butter faster. Mash the potatoes with butter and sour cream with a fork, add the green onions, bacon and ⅔ grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Distribute the filling over the "cups", sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
